Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 5 PM EST] or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Total time = processing (1–2 days) + transit (7–12 days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; customs, weather, and carrier delays may occasionally extend them.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses
